BLAWGHER: BLAWGger Introduction
Isn't that name just darlin'?Yea, I thought so too.
Auburn Gal suggested it! And then BooMama suggested that it be an All-You-Can-Eat-Catfish Party! So I ran with it.
What could be better than getting together with other local BLAWGgers, including our very own celebrity BLAWGger BooMama.
My husband said that Whisker's Catfish and BBQ Catering caters their work related stuff all the time and they have AWESOME catfish. And y'all, he doesn't even like catfish.
So, I'm going to call and get some prices on what it would take. Then once we get the number of people that are going to attend (Should we give you all a week or so to "RSVP"?), We could divide the price evenly so that everyone pays their share. Now then there's the problem of how we'd know you've paid, so my husband suggested that we send an Invite or "Ticket" stating that you'd paid and then deal with it that way. Any suggestions on how we could go about that???
There will definitely be more discussions in the way of BLAWGHER '08, but for now we'll just get on with the introductions. M'kay?!

I'm a SAHM by day, Working mom by night. I have been married to my best friend, Mark, for 6 years now. We have two wonderful and stubborn, or wonderfully stubborn (LOL) children, Zach is 4 1/2 and Reagan is 2 1/2. We live in the B'ham Metro area, about 10 min. south of Hoover. I'll give you a hint. I am so jealous!! I lived In Alabama my whole life and lived in Alabaster for 10 years...now I am in Missouri and I am going to miss this fab party!!

I am so glad we have so muc in common. It will make talking easier when we have Blawgher. I am an Alabama fan, but my husband is trying to make me change my allegiance to Auburn. He doesn't know how futile that is!
