Works for Me Wednesday: A Great Smelling House
One thing that I'm TOTALLY addicted to is candles. And preferably, Yankee Candles. Yes, I'm a candle snob.
This isn't to say that I don't buy other brands, but if I have my choice, I want Yankee Candle.
2 years ago I recieved a great gift from my friend Liz for Christmas. A tart burner with some tarts from Yankee Candle. I use it EVERYDAY!
My mom asked me, if that didn't get expensive. The answer is no! So, I'm here to share with those of you who might not know about this wonderful invention.
My favorite scent--Macintosh and Peach!
Get yourself one of these and light it everday. I only keep mine lit for about 2 to 4 hours, but it works great. I have one in each main room (all sharing the same scents so they don't mix) and then one in my bedroom (usually with a different scent). My house ALWAYS smells good. You can buy the tarts just about anywhere, and if all else fells, they sell these at Walmart in the potpouri section. And as far as the tea lights that heat the tarts? I got a big bag of 50 for 2.00 at Walmart and I only use on in each one every one or two days. If you get the tarts from Walmart, I recommend the Warm Apple Pie. It's smells GREAT!

I also love Yankee Candles and I've found that using those new plug in candle warmers really makes the candles last forever!

Hahaha.. its addicting!!!! I have a new scent tahitian something flower.. its AWESOME
Is that all I need to do?? I've been wanting trying to make my house smell yummy, but my scented candles were only working to scent their immediate area. Do tarts really work so much better?

I love candles too. They make your house smell good, feel pretty, and add such warmth. Don't you think?
I like using a electric candle warmer too. It does make the candle last longer.
